Southwest Louisiana has been the home of four natural disasters in the last nine months. The rainfall on May 17th, 2021 is the third heaviest rainfall recorded in Lake Charles history, causing widespread flood-related damage. We are no stranger to the words disaster or emergency. Because of this, the Foundation has activated its Emergency Relief Fund to continue supporting the organizations assisting with home repairs, relief, and recovery.
